Can I place an order by fax?
Yes. We would be happy to accept your order via fax. Just type or neatly print the list of which items you would like, your shipping information, and your credit card info on the fax and send it to (617) 249-1991.
The easiest way to do this is to place the items you would like in your online shopping cart and then print out your shopping cart once you've filled out the contact and shipping information. Then fax this to us with your payment information.

Can I mail you my order?
Yes. We gladly accept mail orders. As with faxing, just type or neatly print the list of which items you would like, your shipping information, and include your credit card information (or check/money order) and send it to BostonPete.com, PO Box 62, Boston, MA 02191-0001.

When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is in-stock for shipping. Please note that your order will be charged under the name "BostonPete.com" on your credit card statement.

What methods of payment do you accept?
BostonPete.com accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Additionally, we accept Google-Checkout, eCheck.Net® (Electronic Debit), paper-checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

How do I pay by check or money order?
We accept checks and money orders (drawn on US banks and denominated in US dollars) .
If you wish to pay by check or money order, complete the online order form. On the "Payment Selection" page, select the "Pay by check or money order" option. Print out the page and send it along with your check or money order to:

Paying by check will delay your order an estimated 4 days. After we receive your check, we must wait for it to clear our bank before we ship the order.

What does "2-3 business days" mean?
A business day is any Monday - Friday which is not a holiday. If you place an order on Monday, it would usually ship on the following Wednesday or Thursday (the 2nd or 3rd business day after the order was placed).
If you placed an order on a Friday afternoon, it will usually ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday. This delay is because Saturday and Sunday are not counted as "business days."

Shipping Options
Now, BostonPete.com will pay the domestic "standard" (5 - 20 day delivery time) shipping costs on orders over $25 from our on-line store (assuming the order meets all requirements). This offer does not include products featured on our “Auction” page. We also offer “Expidited” shipping at additional cost to the customer (delivery time is 3 – 8 business days from shipping date). Global Shipping via USPS is available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact us for details at CustomerCare@BostonPete.com.
To receive free shipping for orders over $25 (before shipping and tax):
- Ship these items to a single address within the mainland United States.
- Select “FREE Domestic Standard Shipping.
- Free shipping is sent “Economy Rate” (delivery time maybe up to 20 days)

- Applies only to products purchased BostonPete.com’s on-line store, currently located at http://bostonpete.com.
- Applies only to purchases made January 1, through December 31, 2006.
- Does not apply to any products purchased in our other auction locations, Ebay, Yahoo or Amazon or half.com.

How can I track my order?
Orders shipped by USPS "Priority" can be tracked. Orders shipped by the Standard USPS via "Standard" cannot be tracked. Orders shipped by USPS "Priority" are given a unique "Tracking Number" which can be used to check the location by clicking the USPS tracking link emailed to you upon shipping..

Yes, BostonPete.com can ship your order to a US Post Office Box when using USPS.

Can I return my items to you and get a refund?
BostonPete.com will accept returns with a valid receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in resaleable condition and will be accepted only if unopened or defective. We will replace defective items with a new copy of the same item. Please note that we can process returns and issue refunds only for items purchased through our website.
When returning items to our Customer Care, please write your name, address, phone number, order number, the reason for your return and any return instructions (such as a request for an exchange) on a piece of paper and include it in the carton.
BostonPete.com cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days.

Can I send a item to someone as a gift?
Yes, you can have a item sent to someone as a gift. Just put the name and address of the person to whom you are sending the gift item in the "Ship To" section of the order form.

The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) license authorizes BostonPete.com to perform any and all of the individual musical works in ASCAP & BMI's repertory by means of our web site's transmissions. This authorization extends to all such performances regardless of the file format (such as wav., midi., or one of the various streaming technologies currently available) in which our transmissions occur.
