Jane Morgan (Betty Grable) is an aspiring dancer who is star-struck over singer Brad Morgan (Buddy Rogers) and decides to audition for a position in the chorus line for his show. Through a misunderstanding, she ends up being hired as an usherette in the theater instead. Meanwhile, Maxine Barry (Mary Livingstone), the head usherette and daughter of the theater owner, pursues her own matrimonial dreams with the theater?s hard-hearted publicity man Inky Wells (Ned Sparks), who wants to use Fibber McGee and Molly (Jim and Marian Jordan) as a publicity angle for Morgan?s show. 71 minutes.
